## Description

The Espresso V3 is Slayer's manual machine for baristas who want to steer every extraction themselves. A needle valve restricts the flow of water to the group, which allows a finer grind and a long, gentle pre-infusion before the barista brings the group to full pressure — the shot is shaped by hand, one extraction at a time. Each group has its own brew boiler, fed with water pre-heated in the steam boiler, and its own PID temperature control, adjustable in 0.1° steps. Shot mirrors let the barista watch the extraction as it runs, and lever-actuated steam handles complete a workflow built around the person at the machine. A black body between silver X-shaped side frames, with wooden handles. Available with two or three groups. 220–240 V; two groups 5,700–6,900 W with a 7.4-litre steam boiler, three groups 7,300–8,700 W with 12 litres. It requires a 220–240 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
