## Description

The Opera 2.0 was developed by Sanremo with an international team of baristas to give full control over every phase of the extraction. Dedicated gear pumps vary the pressure through the shot: a pre-infusion chamber wets the coffee softly and can be adjusted, and post-infusion finishes the extraction at a lower pressure. Three independent temperatures — steam boiler, brew boiler and group head — are held by PID control, a display on each group shows the extraction as it runs, and volumetric control stops each shot at its programmed volume. A push-pull lever selects one of three programmed doses, the steam wand stays cool to the touch, the mixed hot-water outlet sets its own temperature for tea and americanos, and insulated boilers reduce energy consumption. Settings and profiles can also be adjusted from a connected device through Sanremo's app. Available with two or three groups, in black, white, steel, Octane deep blue or Oxid rust brown. 220–240 V; two groups 7,700 W with an 8-litre steam boiler, three groups 8,300 W with 10 litres. It requires a 220–240 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
