## Description

The Steam EP is Slayer's multi-boiler machine for cafés that want consistency at volume without giving up control of the extraction. Each group has its own brew boiler, fed with water pre-heated in the steam boiler, so the temperature holds steady from one shot to the next; it is set per group in 0.1° steps under PID control. Pre-infusion wets the coffee before full pressure for an even extraction with little channelling, and four programmable volumes per group stop each shot at its set dose. Electronic solenoid steam valves, lever-actuated steam handles and a display for settings and operating data complete the workflow, and the low countertop profile keeps the barista in view of the guest. Available with two or three groups, in matte black or anodised aluminium. 220 V; two groups 4,700–5,600 W with a 7.4-litre steam boiler, three groups 6,300–7,500 W with 12 litres. It requires a 220 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
