## Description

The Café Racer takes its lines from classic motorcycles: a tubular frame, exposed mechanics and a finish chosen like a custom build. Beneath the design, each group has its own 8 kg steel heating chamber, a thermal mass that keeps the brewing temperature stable through a busy service, and the PID-controlled boilers are set and monitored on a display at every group. Programmable pre-infusion adjusts its time and pressure, and volumetric buttons stop each shot at its programmed volume. The cool-touch steam wands carry latte-art steam tips, the mixed hot-water outlet serves tea and americanos, and the work surface adjusts in height for cups from 85 to 150 mm. An automatic cleaning cycle and maintenance alerts based on coffee and water use keep it in order, LED lights illuminate the work area, and insulation reduces energy use. Available with two or three groups, in four finishes: Naked, with a black frame and smoked panels; White and wood, with a white tubular frame and wooden panels, legs and handles; Slim white and wood, the same palette without the outer tubular frame; and Renegade, with a dark green frame and copper-toned panels. 208–240 V; two groups 7,030 W with an 8-litre steam boiler, three groups 8,350 W with 10 litres. It requires a 220–240 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
