## Description

The Spirit is the flagship of Kees van der Westen's handcrafted range, designed for high-volume espresso bars where ergonomics and consistency matter shot after shot. Each group has its own large brew boiler (2.1 l), fed with water pre-heated by a heat exchanger in the steam boiler, and saturated group heads carry that temperature to the coffee; every boiler is controlled independently by PID and can be switched off on its own. Two external pumps — one for the steam boiler, one for the brew boilers — keep the brewing pressure unaffected when the steam boiler refills, and pre-infusion pressure profiling ramps gently up to 9 bar. Shot timers sit in full view above each group, the levers start two programmable volumes, and an Eco mode lowers temperatures in quiet hours. An automatic back-flush program, self-bleeding groups and a heat-neutral polymer dispersion block make closing and cleaning straightforward; the illuminated rear panel can carry the café's own logo. Available with two or three groups, each with the standard group or the Idro-matic group for adjustable progressive pre-infusion. 220–240 V; two groups 7,300–7,600 W with a 10.5-litre steam boiler, three groups 9,400–10,100 W with 19.5 litres. It requires a 220–240 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
