## Description

The S-Series is Synesso's compact multi-boiler machine, refreshed in 2025 as the S200 with two groups and the S300 with three. Independent boilers let the barista brew and steam at the same time, and PID control holds each temperature precisely so it can be matched to the coffee. Volumetric recipes start with a single touch, and a handheld controller adjusts pre-infusion and recipes in real time without leaving the bar. The low profile can be set further into the counter to keep the bar open; the ambidextrous steam wands and their actuators stay cool to the touch, the drip tray lifts out easily over a deeper workspace, and programmable purge and backflush buttons and an automated backflush programme keep the groups clean. The refreshed body has black screws and a new back panel, in black or white. 220 V; steam boiler 7.7 litres with two groups, 12.3 litres with three. It requires a 220 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
