Slim Jim Idrocompresso

The Slim Jim Idrocompresso brings the manual lever to Kees van der Westen's multi-boiler café machine. Each group is a classic lever with modern refinements: adjustable spring pressure and a new locking mechanism keep the lever from bouncing back, a secondary lever stops an extraction or flushes the group, an automatic shot timer follows every pull and a gauge shows the pressure on the puck as it happens. Independent coffee boilers with PID control receive water pre-heated by a thermo-loop heat exchanger, for close temperature stability and a fast response; the infusion pressure is adjustable, with an optional pump where the water supply pressure is unstable. A powerful steam boiler with lever or foot activation, a no-sneeze relief valve, an Eco mode for idle periods and 316L stainless steel components complete it. Available with two or three groups. 220–240 V; two groups 6,437–7,637 W, three groups 6,921–8,121 W, 10.5-litre steam boiler. It requires a 220–240 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
