Eagle One

The Eagle One is Victoria Arduino's machine for cafés that look closely at the energy they use. Its NEO engine heats only the water an extraction needs, with insulation that limits heat loss, and the Thermal Energy Recovery System uses the heat of discharged water to pre-heat the water coming in. T3 technology sets three independent temperatures — steam boiler, brew boiler and saturated group head — under PID control, programmed on a 2.8-inch touch display. The Soft Infusion System lets water reach the coffee first at supply pressure and builds gradually to 9 bar as the chamber fills, which evens out the extraction and limits channelling whatever the tamping; volumetric control stops each shot at its programmed volume, and each group flushes itself when the portafilter is removed. The steam wand stays cool to the touch and opens with an ergonomic lever, and the My Victoria Arduino app follows and adjusts one or several machines without interrupting the bar. Available with two or three groups, in polished Steelux stainless steel, black or white. 220 V; two groups 5,000 W, three groups 6,500 W, with a 7-litre steam boiler. It requires a 220 V connection, water filtration and a pressure regulator.
