1. Who we are and who these terms apply to

These terms govern every purchase in the Elegant Coffee shop at elegant-coffee.com, operated by IGS Consult Ltd., EIK 208041638, VAT BG208041638, ul. Boris Rumenov 5A, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria (the "seller", "we"). Contact: support@elegant-coffee.com · +359 88 6159858.

We sell to consumers and to businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to order. These terms are written for consumers; where you buy as a business, the mandatory consumer protections referred to below do not apply to you.

2. Ordering and when the contract forms

Placing an order requires a customer account. At checkout you review your order, accept these terms, and are taken to our payment provider to pay. Your order is an offer to buy.

The contract forms when we send the order confirmation email — not when you click pay. If a product was listed with an obvious error (for example a clearly wrong price), we may decline the order before confirmation; anything already paid is refunded in full immediately.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are in EUR and include Bulgarian VAT (20%), which is shown as its own line at checkout. The price shown at the time of ordering is the price that applies.

Payment is taken by our payment processor Stripe on a secure hosted payment page; we never see your card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Invoices

We issue an invoice for every paid order and a credit note for every refund. The seller on every invoice is IGS Consult Ltd.; Elegant Coffee appears as the shop name. Invoices are attached to the order confirmation email and available in your account.

5. Delivery

Physical products ship to every country the shop serves, with free shipping, directly from our fulfilment partners. We pass your order to the fulfilment partner on the same or the next working day after it is placed; details, carriers and delivery estimates are in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU you are responsible for any import duties and taxes of the destination country.

If, exceptionally, a product cannot be supplied after your order has been confirmed, we tell you without delay and refund the amount paid for it in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, wherever you live — we apply the EU 14-day withdrawal right worldwide. For goods the period runs from the day you (or a person you named) receive them; for digital content, from the day the contract forms.

To withdraw, use the returns flow in your account or write to support@elegant-coffee.com with an unambiguous statement. The Returns & Refund Policy describes the process, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are made.

Exceptions: the withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized, and to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed — for example coffee beans or ground coffee whose sealed packaging has been opened.

7. Conformity and statutory guarantee

For goods, the statutory EU conformity guarantee applies: we are liable for lacks of conformity that become apparent within two years of delivery. For digital content, the statutory conformity rules for digital content apply, including our obligation to supply updates necessary to keep the content in conformity where required. If something you bought is defective or not as described, contact support@elegant-coffee.com — repair, replacement, price reduction or refund follow the statutory rules, at no cost to you.

This statutory guarantee is independent of, and unaffected by, any commercial warranty a product may additionally carry.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules. Otherwise, we are liable for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract caused by a breach of our obligations, and not for loss of profit of business customers.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.

Out-of-court resolution: you may refer a dispute to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, www.kzp.bg) and to the general conciliation commissions operating with it as recognised ADR bodies. We will state per dispute whether we take part in a proposed ADR procedure.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future orders; the version you accepted at checkout is the one that applies to your order (its version number is recorded with the order). If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
